    • Private projects: create_project / update_project accept private (owner only). Teammates cannot see or use a private project.

    • Project docs: get_project_docs and set_project_docs keep a Markdown handover document per project (repos, URLs, stack).

    • create_task accepts an optional past created_at date, to log the history of past work.
